To complete your application, you'll need to submit the following supplemental forms and documents:

• Copy of Birth Certificate

• Copy of Immunization Record

• Copies of previous two report cards (if applicable)

• Copies of two years standardized test results (if applicable)

•Release of Records request to the student's current school (1st - 8th grade)

For all students applying for Kindergarten through 8th grade for the 2023-2024 school year, an academic assessment is required.  Your student's paperless application must be submitted before assessment.  Upon completion of your application you will be notified by our Admissions Director to schedule your student's assessment.
